I chose Deirdre because of her knowledge and extensive experience, and it certainly showed! Very responsive, excellent time management and communication which is a must. I also really appreciated her high attention to detail when viewing homes and during the inspection process. And she also provided great referrals! Deirdre is very detail oriented and does a great job of putting her clients' best interests first. We felt confident in her ability to navigate us through every step of the purchase process. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the Phoenix area and all aspects of real estate and the home buying process. We had some hiccups with the seller but she was very on top of making sure all parties met their respective deadlines and, in the end, everything worked out just fine. I would highly recommend Deirdre to anyone considering buying a home!

Deirdre was attentive to our needs and guided us really well. She took extra care in explaining us the entire process since we were 1st time home buyers. We really appreciated her extra effort. She was able to gauge our needs and directed us to those homes and features that met our expectations. Her local knowledge was greatly helpful too. She was diligent and thorough with the paperwork and coordinating with everybody.
She was patient with all our questions and follow ups. We could trust her insight and relied on her. She was friendly and understanding of our family. We have developed a very good working relationship with her. In the end she really pushed to get a good deal in our favor. We are very happy with her work and will definitely consider her again!
