Jeff was absolutely amazing throughout our home purchasing process. He really eliminated a lot of the stress of looking for a new home. We were working with a different realtor prior but decided to work with Jeff immediately after he showed us a house because our experience was so great. Jeff communicated perfectly throughout the process and it felt like we were in great hands and everything was being handled by a pro. Jeff was extremely patient and took so much time to help us find the perfect home. He always checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had a firm understanding. We were first time home buyer's and Jeff gave us so much helpful advice. We are so grateful to have Jeff as our realtor because the difference was day and night when compared with others we worked with in the past. I don't think we would have been able to purchase a home this year if we didn't have Jeff's help and experience.

I can't say enough positive things about Jeffrey Daniels. I came across him by chance during my home search on Zillow and our relationship was meant to be. Jeffrey was with me every step of the way, and I mean EVERY step, even for things that honestly weren't his responsibility as a realtor. I had purchased one home prior and after working with Jeffrey I realized how much I hadn't understood about the process my first time around. Jeffrey is super smart, attentive, personable, funny, and truly a good, honest, down-to-earth, modest person. Very importantly he never one pressured me to do anything I didn't feel comfortable doing. I would be honored to have Jeffrey Daniels represent me as a buyer or a seller in the future. If there is any comparison that can be made for how well Jeffrey Daniels guided me through the process of buying my first home, it is to compare him to the guitar amplifier from Spinal Tap.
The others only go up to 10.

Jeffrey did an outstanding job of researching our market prior to selling our house and setting realistic but ambitious expectations. During the selling process, he was extremely informative about where we stood in terms of our specific market and offers made on our house, and he always provided invaluable feedback and advice about the best way forward as things developed. He was an excellent listener too and was able to adjust quickly as we had different ideas during the selling process. I can't recommend Jeffrey highly enough and we were extremely satisfied with our experience.

First, Jeffrey Daniels made my house-buying experience easy at my own pace. Jeffrey was very active and supported all of the house visits I requested, about 15, with some being about an hour's drive. He was very active in looking for upcoming houses and scheduled walkthroughs on the day of the first opening. Lastly, Jeffey was very personable, which made communication easy and all the visits exciting. I would use Jeffrey again and recommend him to friends or coworkers.
