Virginia was fantastic to work with, answered all of our questions and concerns. When we were concerned about qualifing, and this being all new to us, Virginia put us in touch with her colleague, Lisa Brown, who helped ease our concerns. Virginia was very attentive, listened to our wants and needs and even had some great suggestions on use of space in the hose that made our decision even easier. Virginia has continued to keep in touch, even after closing, to make sure that we're happy and that things are going they way they are supposed.
