Susan Shreve was able to focus our search with my budget in mind. Her knowledge of the homes in the area helped me avoid purchasing a home that could have lead to expensive repairs. After a few viewings Susan was able to target the search on my requests.
While we were viewing homes, Susan showed key points in the homes that I should pay attention to (windows, structural points).
I have mentioned Susan to friends and family on how lucky I was to have such a strong, knowledgeable realtor especially since my move was a long distance one. I would definitely recommend her to anyone relocating to the Phoenix area.

I have done more than several transactions with Susan and I have good experience with her. I don't like switching brokers, I like to do business with same broker because we know each other.

My husband and I work with Susan to rent out a house in Surprise Arizona in 1998, since then, we continue to work with her because we think she is a best broker.
Susan was helping us to get the most money out of this sale and we really happy with the result.
All I could say, she is easily approach, she understands her field and is a trustworthy person. All communications was done in a timely manner even when we was over sea.

one thing that stands out about Ssan is her communication skills. She was very engaging and gives feedbacks without me asking. She also has answers to most of my questions and find out the answer to questions she doesn't have immediate answers for.
she's very detailed oriented and have a great understanding of the market and suggested a very good sales price for my property.

My wife and I met Susan when purchasing our first home over ten years ago. We had limited time in the area yet Susan managed to pack dozens of home viewings into our house hunting visit. Not only is her market knowledge excellent, but her ability to make the stressful process of finding and purchasing a home enjoyable made our experience that much better. We ended up with the perfect home that matched our personal preferences, and also made an excellent long-term investment. As first-time buyers we were pretty clueless about what we were doing. Susan's knowledge and advice turned our experience into a positive learning opportunity. Subsequently, we have worked with around ten other real estate agents in several states, and have slowly realized how spoiled we were on our first home experience with Susan.
Since that purchase, we returned to Susan to find tenants for our home as we used it for a rental investment, and finally when we sold it this past month. She handled both of these with individual attention finding excellent, long-term tenants and closing a difficult sale during the unstable times created by the current health crisis. Susan Shreve was referred to us from my grandmother. My grandmother had wonderful things to say about Susan. I felt like from the first phone call that I had with Susan, she helped me to understand the process and was very helpful. She made us feel comfortable and excited about the process.
Susan was very knowledgeable about the whole process. She knew how to get us the best deal and ensured that she did everything she could to help us. Susan fought for us during every step of the process. She got us a better deal than what we thought we could have gotten. She was very diligent and followed through with everything. She was in our corner and even woke up at 12 am to put in the offer on our house for us so we would be the first ones with our offer in. Susan went above and beyond every step of the way. She was absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to anybody I know looking for a house.

Susan did an amazing job! She respected our budget and worked very hard to find us listings that met all our must haves. We weren’t in the area and she did virtual tours for us and guided us every step along the way. She took the time to get to know us and kept that in mind when finding houses to look at. We felt right away that she cares about us and finding the right place for our family. After we put in an offer she guided us through the closing process and advised us on all the time sensitive tasks that needed to be completed. Susan has been an absolute life saver through this whole process and we are so thankful to have had her as our realtor. We would definitely ask Susan to help us again in the future.
