This is the 5th or 6th deal I worked with Kris and each deal has been excellent. Kris is very knowledgeable, she's very experienced in the field and she knows her stuff. She provides you with great advice when you ask her and she gets the job done. Kris communicates well during the selling process, she works with a sense of urgency and is great with the details of the sale. Kris is different, she's much more than the average realtor.
