We just closed yesterday as first time homebuyers. Since the initial call over a month ago Lucia guided us through every step of the home buying process, answering every question we had promptly, even on the weekend. Highly recommended.

Lucia went over and above to help sell my Dad's home. She responded to all of my questions and concerns, made recommendations for improving the success of the sale, and coordinated and implemented MANY tasks/home improvements since I was not local to the market. She was trustworthy, empathetic and worked very hard to sell the home.
