Susan Shreve exceeded our expectations as a realtor! She patiently worked for months with us after the market turned to sell our home. We had previously had another realtor that we listed our home with and it sat for 6 months with only 2-3 showings. Our previous realtor only provided us with minimal feedback and lacked in communication. Susan diligently answered every phone call, text, and email day and night! She followed marketing trends, advised us often on how to best sell our home, and took our concerns into consideration at every turn. She found ways to attract our home to potential buyers and was able to get our property shown more times in the first week back on the market than the whole previous 6 months. Susan made many trips to our property to check on our home, take videos, additional photos, and take measurements for us if needed. Prior to our home closing, Susan had great recommendations for different contractors we needed after our inspection in which she personally followed up on due to our distance.
