We l oved working with Jeff. Selling our home of 40 years was triggered by the loss of my mother and moving my Dad to assisted living. It was the most difficult time of my life and I was in Virginia for most of the process. Jeff was very patient and kind with me and my Dad. He was always available to talk and spent a lot of time with us making sure we were comfortable with the market and all the decisions that needed to be made. My wife and I traveled to Scottsdale, AZ during the week of December 28, 2020. Our trip was 50% vacation / 50% searching for our first home. Jeffrey called us in advance of our trip, determined what we were looking for, and had homes to look at upon our arrival.
I measure a professional's performance by how efficiently they can conduct a transaction. Jeffrey knocked this out of the park! We located several homes we were interested in, placed competitive offers, and had an offer accepted the following weekend. We closed on our home on Friday, January 29, 2021. Yes - the search, offer, and close all happened in less than a month! (If you want results, this is your guy.)
One point of emphasis is that this market is crazy hot (not just the weather). Homes were flying off the market like hotcakes off the shelves of a local bakery in Chicago! Did I mention we lived in Chicago? Jeffrey was able to pull this deal together while we were back in Chicago. He went above and beyond to ensure this was a seamless transaction. Don't want to fly back for a home inspection? No problem. Jeffrey went on our behalf and video conferenced us in. :)
