I can't say enough positive things about Jeffrey Daniels. I came across him by chance during my home search on Zillow an d our relationship was meant to be. Jeffrey was with me every step of the way, and I mean EVERY step, even for things that honestly weren't his responsibility as a realtor. I had purchased one home prior and after working with Jeffrey I realized how much I hadn't understood about the process my first time around. Jeff was absolutely amazing throughout our home purchasing process. He really eliminated a lot of the stress of looking for a new home. We were working with a different realtor prior but decided to work with Jeff immediately after he showed us a house because our experience was so great. Jeff communicated perfectly throughout the process and it felt like we were in great hands and everything was being handled by a pro. Jeff was extremely patient and took so much time to help us find the perfect home. He always checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had a firm understanding. Jeff was referred by a century 21 agent Carla Unterkofler who I’ve used for previous sales of homes in Virginia
We l oved working with Jeff. Selling our home of 40 years was triggered by the loss of my mother and moving my Dad to assisted living. It was the most difficult time of my life and I was in Virginia for most of the process. Jeff was very patient and kind with me and my Dad. He was always available to talk and spent a lot of time with us making sure we were comfortable with the market and all the decisions that needed to be made. He was excellent at communication, area knowledge, market strategy and most importantly, we trusted him and we knew he would get our house sold and meet our goals. Also we felt like he was a good friend to us and that feeling is hard to find into today’s crazy, competitive, and complicated times.

Ross went above and beyond to help us find and get into our house. He was available at a drop of a hat and was very know ledgeable in areas that might be of concern when looking at homes. He took my calls at all hours and answered my questions. He was an amazing agent I would highly recommend him to all of my friends.

My wife and I traveled to Scottsdale, AZ during the week of December 28, 2020. Our trip was 50% vacation / 50% searching for our first home. Jeffrey called us in advance of our trip, determined what we were looking for, and had homes to look at upon our arrival.
I measure a professional's performance by how efficiently they can conduct a transaction. Jeffrey knocked this out of the park! We located several homes we were interested in, placed competitive offers, and had an offer accepted the following weekend. We closed on our home on Friday, January 29, 2021. Yes - the search, offer, and close all happened in less than a month! (If you want results, this is your guy.)
One point of emphasis is that this market is crazy hot (not just the weather). Homes were flying off the market like hotcakes off the shelves of a local bakery in Chicago! Did I mention we lived in Chicago? Jeffrey was able to pull this deal together while we were back in Chicago. He went above and beyond to ensure this was a seamless transaction. Don't want to fly back for a home inspection? No problem. Jeffrey went on our behalf and video conferenced us in. :)
I'm not one to leave reviews, but this experience warrants one. Jeffrey is a fantastic agent and operates with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. My wife, Alyssa, and I recommend his services with the highest level of confidence.
