The experience of buying a home can be nerve racking but Dave made it seem much easier. His experience in dealing with the listing agents was apparent. It also put me at ease with negotiations

Dave was very knowledgeable of the area where our Building lot was located and even though I felt it may take a year or longer, Dave did get it sold at a price that we felt was fair and a lot sooner than expected. I would recommend Dave to anyone that had any real estate needs. Ron And Nanci P

Dave put the townhouse up for sale on Friday and had a offer on Monday. The property sold for $10,000 over appraised value. It even closed early. Very good experience.
