David Hoeffer is absolutely hands down the best agent that we have ever dealt with. We have bought and sold countless pr operties over the last 30 years so we know what we are talking about when we say he is outstanding! He listens and understands our needs and was on top of everything immediately. He never failed to keep us updated and in the loop on every step. We have, in the recent past, here locally Had a horrendous experience with two agents who represented us on selling our home. By comparison, David was a breath of fresh air. Very competent and intelligent. Would highly recommend him to anyone in the area.

David Hoefer did an excellent job helping us get the house ready for sale, and then interacting with the home inspector, the lending assessor, and the prospective buyer's. He is a great communicator in terms of being honest and clear and facilitating the sale. He quickly seemed to understand what tweaks the buyer wanted and negotiated a compromise that worked out well for both sides. He was patient when with buyer's agents, and didn't have trouble saying no, when it was appropriate. I think he has a good sense of balance when helping us think through our options. He is clean cut, speaks clearly, and very professional. We will use him again.
