About Me
I began my Real Estate career in 1989 in Chicago, before moving back home to Phoenix in 1991. Shortly thereafter, I obtained my broker’s license. Over my 30 year career, I have developed my expertise in many areas of Real Estate including, Residential, Luxury Homes, Equestrian Estates, Vacant Land, Income producing properties, as well as light Commercial.
Whether buying or selling, I understand the process can sometimes be challenging and complicated. My goal is to take the pressure off so that the client can make clear and concise decisions throughout the process. Ultimately, a successful sale is the main goal and I utilize my 30 years of experience to make that happen. I make sure my clients receive the utmost care, due diligence and accurate knowledge that goes above and beyond.
I also specialize in Military relocations. My family has a long list of those who have served, including my father who served active in Korea, a sister who was a helicopter repair woman, as well as a cousin who made the ultimate sacrifice defending a fellow solider. I have a deep rooted passion for Real Estate and a passion for serving those who serve and have served our great country! My goal is truly to deliver extraordinary results and when I say exceptional service on my part is the norm, I mean it. Thank you!

I have known and worked with Jacqueline for the last 10 years buying and selling properties. I have recently bought a n ew home for myself and as usual Im amazed at how Jacqueline was able to negotiate my deal. Jacqueline is very hard working and looks out for her clients best interest. A small problem with the roof was found with my inspection, due to Jacquelines knowledge and recommendation we looked into it further. Jacquie helped me purchase my first home. As I'm sure any first home buyer will tell you it's stressful to know if you'r e making the right decision or not, but after meeting up with Jacquie she was able to walk me through the process each step of the way and gave me the confidence to know I was making the right decision for myself. I've worked with Jacquie and Ruby for at least 15 years and they know the market I invest in. I continue to work with t hem because they know how to position and prep the property for maximum return.
Jacquie always holds the other agents accountable which I appreciate. She also realizes I'm willing to walk away from most deals and am usually not in a hurry to sell a property unless I get the price I want. She works with me on maximizing my return and doesn't recommend needless improvements and renovations unless it is going to have a tangible impact on the sales price.

We called Jacqueline Smith about a different property that was for sale. In chatting with her, we were able to tell she had knowledge of the area and years of experience. This led us to seek her out when we decided to list this property for sale.
Jacquie did quite a bit of investigation about this property in regard to the utilities and what was needed to develop the land. Due to her extensive experience dealing with raw land, she was able to help lead Buyers Agents thru the process. It seemed to us that with her wealth of knowledge, Buyers were able to feel comfortable with what to expect for developing the lot.
This was an undeveloped 2.5 acre lot. There were a few complications in the development of it. Jacquie did a lot of research to help find the answers to the questions that potential Buyers had about the property and the development of it.

Jacquie first off answered my call during the Super Bowl to initiate the contact about the property we purchased. We feel this prompt follow up & initiation of contact with the Selling Agent led to us ultimately being able to get a contract written on the property before much other interest was created and a bidding war initiated. Secondly, we found out some extenuating circumstances during the inspection period about the property & Jacquie helped us negotiate the price to reflect the new information. I've been searching for my horse property for about 2 years before I finally found Jacqueline. I had used two different realtors and kept missing the house is I really liked. I called a listing that Jacqueline was the selling agent on, after I just fired my last realtor. Jacqueline and I instantly clicked and I knew I needed someone like her to find my dream home. 5 days after meeting and having Jacqueline as my realtor I found my home and was under contract the next day. As I stated previously, Jacqueline went above the Call of Duty helping us find our house. Even to the extent of driving through the neighborhoods, knocking on people's doors, asking if they were looking to sell their house in the community we wanted.
