Tom is a great agent who is very attentive to his customers' needs. We visited many homes that fit my buy box and Tom a lways had pertinent information about the properties. For example, one of the properties had a solar lease which was very costly. I would have overlooked that if it were not Tom's attention to detail. He makes himself available at all hours of the day to answer questions, visit properties, etc. We have purchased three homes with Tom and will continue to work with him because of our positive experiences with him. He has lived in the Valley his whole life so he has vast knowledge regarding the communities. I highly recommend Tom!

Out of the ten agents we called from our home in Canada, Monica was the o nly one who listened long enough to decide we were actually capable of buying a house. Ruby was all in when it came to representing us. We are 2000 miles away and she understood the importance of being our e yes and ears throughout the process of making a major purchase. She was there for the initial walkthrough and described the property in detail. She was also on site for all the inspections and made sure all of our concerns were addressed and taken care of. If any problems came up she was very reassuring that she would handle it and she did. We feel very fortunate to have been put in contact with her.
Her experience is second to none. She knew everything that was going to be required of us from the appraiser, the lender, and the title agency. We were never left without details of where we were in the process.

Jacquie always holds the other agents accountable which I appreciate. We called Jacqueline Smith about a different property that was for sale. In chatting with her, we were able to tell she had knowledge of the area and years of experience. This led us to seek her out when we decided to list this property for sale.
Jacquie did quite a bit of investigation about this property in regard to the utilities and what was needed to develop the land. Due to her extensive experience dealing with raw land, she was able to help lead Buyers Agents thru the process. It seemed to us that with her wealth of knowledge, Buyers were able to feel comfortable with what to expect for developing the lot.
This was an undeveloped 2.5 acre lot. There were a few complications in the development of it. Jacquie did a lot of research to help find the answers to the questions that potential Buyers had about the property and the development of it.

Lucia is more than an agent. After you get to meet her, she becomes your friends and wants the best for your family. She took in consideration that we have a baby and she wanted a safe environment for her. Somewhere where she can grow up safely. She was also always available for us. After 3 months of searching for the best house for me and my fiance, both first time buyers, we were finally getting close to our closing date. Unfortunately for all of us, I was terminated from my job within 2 weeks for our original COE.
