About Me
Welcome to the office of Marie Bounds, an experienced REALTOR dedicated to serving my clients with passion. Raised in Texas, I cherish the deep roots that stem from my formative years. While I hold dear my long-standing friendships, please excuse any absence of a Texas accent.
Having discovered my new home state of Arizona in the 1970s, I unearthed numerous reasons to remain. Seeking a locale with minimal natural disasters and warm weather, I believe I struck gold. With over 30 years of experience as an Arizona REALTOR, I found my forever real estate home with CENTURY 21 Arizona Foothills in 2002.
Residing in the northeastern part of the Phoenix area, my years of assisting buyers and sellers have led to transactions in nearly every town, village, and city in this breathtaking valley area. I hold deep affection for my community, neighbors, and clients, who have brought various parts of this country and the world into my life. I consider myself incredibly fortunate. While prioritizing my clients’ goals above all else, many have evolved into cherished friends.

Marie was recommended to us by a friend in Canada and we have been very satisfied with Marie. She worked hard, was efficient, very professional and has a lot of integrity. She always explained everything to us in detail by email or text as the rules and laws of selling real estate are different in Canada.
