About Me
Military shaped my life. Having been married to a Marine before, during, and now after his time in service, I know FIRST-HAND the emotions that can be involved with any relocation. So many factors play into relocating and no two moves are alike. Having the honor of working for others during this time, along with my own personal experiences, gives me the unique ability to look for concerns and address them before they cause a problem. I love providing guidance and information that wasn\’t always available during my own personal moves. Helping families through wherever life moves them has become a true passion of mine and I would love the opportunity to help you along your journey!

Mary was phenomenal, my husband and I were on a tight timeline for moving (with or without selling the house since we we re relocating for work) & Mary actually asked questions. She noticed the HOA had gone up and even did handwritten notes on her paperwork. That is what sold us on using her, she is forward but
So easy to reach and work with, if she happened to be busy she replied with a notice that she would follow up later instead of just not replying. She always texted so we knew when to check our emails for something, which was so helpful since we were dealing with the movers and company transfers.
Just phenomenal, she made it so easy for us. The process happened so smoothly.

As 1 st time home buyers we had no idea what we were doing. This was our 2nd time trying to buy, 1st time we were out of state and she was willing to take family to the open house and FaceTime us. Unfortunately the market was crazy and we decided to wait a year. Now that we're ready again life was still busy. Half the time we just put our trust in Mary. We have a special needs daughter that takes up a lot of our time and Mary was patient when we wouldn't respond to text / emails about walk throughs. She was understanding that we had to do thing early so our daughter would be in her best mood. Once it was time to buy she jumped through hoops when we had a little buyers regret. Mary fought for us when things weren't going how they were supposed to. But the best part about Mary is she didn't get frustrated at us when were started getting anxious and wanted updates she just openly communicated and reassured us that things take time and she would let us know if it was time to panic. I would use Mary again, I would recommend her to family and friends.

As home buyers from out of town Mary was respectful of our time and had a large selection of homes for us to preview. Ma ry had listened to all of our needs and was well versed on the areas the homes were in. Through her efforts we were able to find and purchase our home in one day. Mary was the most excellent professional in every part of the deal. She was accessible night and day. She talked us do wn from the ledge several times. But her greatest quality was she did what she said she would do. if she had to clean a refrigerator she did it. Mary really did the whole thing herself. We live in Southern California and because of Covid-19 we weren't able to travel to help.
She didn't sway us when we listed the house kind of high for the comps. She was very informative and stayed the course. She literally sold the house in less than 12 hours from listing. She made sure the buyers were qualified and held our hands during the entire deal.

When I started working with Mary it was via telephone as I was still in California. She answered all of my questions and checked in with me periodically during the sale of my former home. She even helped me put in an offer on a home sight unseen. I ended up not getting that home so when I arrived out here, Mary was readily available. Mary helped me locate the best area that was in my price range to purchase a home. After my offer was accepted, Mary was always available to meet me at the home so I could set up contractors as soon as possible. It was extremely helpful to me! Her husband even stepped in and helped us check if a light was working properly. After the inspection was complete, she was able to negotiate a discount for my repair costs. Mary has referred me to a pool and pest control company and I feel confident that she would help me with such things in the future despite our business being done.
Mary is from out of state as well (but she has been here for years) so she understood my lack of knowledge about the area. She is timely, friendly, easy going, knowledgeable and an excellent choice for a realtor. Should I ever sell my home, Mary will be my agent!

I only wish I would have met Mary earlier. She is a genuinely good person with a heart of gold. My wife and I had a difficult time initially selecting a realtor to help us purchase a home. We felt like we knew so man y who we might choose so how do you decide? My wife recommended we talk to Mary Lokka who she already knew although I had never met her. It didn't take long to feel Mary was a great choice for us after asking her some initial questions and asking about a few properties we had been watching. She had very good knowledge and was able to get us pointed in the right direction and help answer questions we didn't know we had!
As soon as we had Mary on our team we didn't waste any time, we hit the ground running and she was able to get us into see great homes that met our requirements. We felt like we were her only customer although I know she was helping others at the same time. She is a rock star!
Mary really went the extra mile helping us handle the sale of our home as well even though we were selling "as-is" to an investor. Her knowledge and assistance with that was a huge relief to make sure we didn't get taken advantage of and got it closed smooth and efficiently. This made all the difference getting us into our new home.

I did consider 1 other friend who is a realtor, but it was critical to sell my house quickly and I know Mary is a motiva ted realtor who would jump in and get the job done. She is honest and i trust her.
