Susan Shreve exceeded our expectations as a realtor! She patiently worked for months with us after the market turned to sell our home. We had previously had another realtor that we listed our home with and it sat for 6 months with only 2-3 showings. Our previous realtor only provided us with minimal feedback and lacked in communication. Susan diligently answered every phone call, text, and email day and night! She followed marketing trends, advised us often on how to best sell our home, and took our concerns into consideration at every turn. She found ways to attract our home to potential buyers and was able to get our property shown more times in the first week back on the market than the whole previous 6 months. Susan made many trips to our property to check on our home, take videos, additional photos, and take measurements for us if needed. Prior to our home closing, Susan had great recommendations for different contractors we needed after our inspection in which she personally followed up on due to our distance. Susan did an amazing job! She respected our budget and worked very hard to find us listings that met all our must haves . We weren’t in the area and she did virtual tours for us and guided us every step along the way. She took the time to get to know us and kept that in mind when finding houses to look at. My wife and I met Susan when purchasing our first home over ten years ago. We had limited time in the area yet Susan man aged to pack dozens of home viewings into our house hunting visit. Not only is her market knowledge excellent, but her ability to make the stressful process of finding and purchasing a home enjoyable made our experience that much better. We ended up with the perfect home that matched our personal preferences, and also made an excellent long-term investment. As first-time buyers we were pretty clueless about what we were doing. Susan's knowledge and advice turned our experience into a positive learning opportunity. Subsequently, we have worked with around ten other real estate agents in several states, and have slowly realized how spoiled we were on our first home experience with Susan.
Since that purchase, we returned to Susan to find tenants for our home as we used it for a rental investment, and finally when we sold it this past month. She handled both of these with individual attention finding excellent, long-term tenants and closing a difficult sale during the unstable times created by the current health crisis. She had a broad understanding of what was available in the area and once she determined our needs, would send us a list of houses on a daily basis. She has great attention to detail and is updated on the ins and outs of purchasing a home. When we finally decided on a new build, she kept us constantly updated on the building process and was quick to follow up if we had any questions. And. As always was very professional in dealing with us or being a spokesperson for us with the builder. She’s an excellent realtor, always working for the client. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the greater Phoenix area!

Susan Shreve was able to focus our search with my budget in mind. Her knowledge of the homes in the area helped me avoid purchasing a home that could have lead to expensive repairs. After a few viewings Susan was able to target the search on my requests.
While we were viewing homes, Susan showed key points in the homes that I should pay attention to (windows, structural points).

Another transaction successful done by Susan Shreve, this time I have bought a four-flex in Mesa Arizona. After sold my house in Mesa, I asked Susan to look for a four-flex and in a short time we found one. The transaction went almost smooth; there were problems with the seller side when Susan tried to negotiate but, she managed to overcome and the transaction closes last Monday July 10, 2017 with $8,000 lower than the asking price.
