We live in California, but wanted a future retirement home in AZ. We knew of Virginia Gorr through a relative who sold a house with Century 21 Foothills many years ago.
When I contacted her, Virginia asked specific questions that let me know she understood the goal we had in mind. She was very accommodating in the time we had to spend in AZ to look for a house.
Once we narrowed down our prospective houses, Virginia helped us think through the pros and cons of each place. It made our decision somewhat easier to make.

We had only a few days in town to find and purchase a home. Virginia Gorr helped with our search before we arrived by p roviding us listings. She was a trooper through our marathon house hunt. In a few shorts days we saw easily 40-50 homes. After we returned home, Virginia continued to tour homes for us, while FaceTimeing us so we could see the homes. Essential in making our transition to the area as easy as possible. Rock star or a realtor and an overall great person.

Both my wife and I HIGHLY recommend Virginia Gorr. We are moving from Pennsylvania to Arizona and know very little abou t the area.
Virginia provided us guidance, very quick follow up on questions, recommendations for upcoming items to close and always worked in a professional and positive manner.
She was experienced and confident in the buying process and documentation, and walked us through this. And as each element came up, she made sure it was done in a timely manner.
Due to our being out of town much of the time, Virginia arranged to get quotes from contractors for some of the home repairs.
She worked with the selling realtor very well.
Even during a glitch on the paperwork (due to the bank), she was able to work this and our closing was on time.
Virginia is exactly the right Realtor for us, and we would highly recommend her.
Virginia was excellent in are all areas of our home purchase, including home recommendations, negotiations, voluntarily obtaining contractor quotes for repairs, guidance through the closing process and final closing. I would absolutely recommend Virginia as a Realtor.
