Kumiko Tanada-Rosier was our agent in Maricopa. She is a very friendly, warm and attentive person that saw to every aspect of the sale us. Being snowbirds we weren't always there and we knew we could count on her for everything. We have recommended her services to our friends and neighbours in Maricopa and in Phoenix. Kumiko is excellent at what she does. She goes above and beyond to ensure your taken care of. She knows all the local contacts in your area. She knows how to get any information you may need and responds to you in a timely manner.
