Kumiko was the best agent we could have asked for, she is more than attentive and goes way beyond what a typical agent would. Highly recommended. I wish there was a level higher than excellent to give to her. Very knowledgeable of the area which was imperative since we were coming from out of state. She was always accessible and never once did I have to leave a voicemail, she always answers her phone. Best agent we have had in our six prior real estate transactions.

Kumiko made the whole process of selling our house easy. She quickly answered all of our questions and kept us updated with the process regularly. I currently reside out of state and that made it hard for me to take care of a lot of things with the house. However Kumiko went above and beyond and helped me coordinate repairs and maintenance. I would highly recommend Kumiko.
Kumiko was available at all times. My work schedule was all over the place and she was very accommodating and answeee all my phone calls and text messages quickly. She even answered questions for me during her vacation. She is very dedicated and listened to all of my concerns and provided excellent feedback/recommendations.
If I were to buy or sell more property in Arizona, I would not hesitate to use Kumiko. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family in Arizona.

Kumiko is the best realtor we’ve worked with. She is responsible, knowledgeable, and extremely diligent. She took care of us from the beginning to the end of the purchasing process. She went through all of our documents and advised of important aspects of buying a home. She also worked closely with the builder to make sure that our new home is in excellent condition.

We met Kumiko on our initial visit to maricopa. She was so pleasant and professional and we felt very at ease having her as our agent. Such a patient agent and helpful at every turn.
Top notch in all the above areas. Stayed in constant communication and never made us feel that she was too busy. She would always say “ you are my clients”, and we truly felt that she cared.
Kumiko lives in the Maricopa area which makes her a subject matter expert. Very much trust her knowledge and experience.
