Diana was holding an Open House many years ago and we happened to drop in. She was very friendly and honest about the house she was showing, exhibiting exceptionally professional knowledge of the property and real estate in general, as well as the market trends. Diana Denlinger was the perfect RE agent. Diana was very friendly and professional and explained the process and paperwork in detail, including explanation of the new selling/buyer rules. With no committment to her, Diana suggested that I should get a sense of the present market which proved to be quite beneficial. Her marketing advice sounded reasonable. Since I was an out of state client, Diana assured me that issue was not a problem. We would be in constant conversation regarding everything including handling house issues as they arose and that she had contacts for help when necessary. I hired Diana. As promised, she stayed in conversation with me, answered all my questions, never led me astray, handled all house issues with ease. I trusted her guidance and direction. I cannot say enough good things about Diana Denlinger. Our sale was not typical, but she made the transaction smooth. She took care of things after we left, helped get the property ready for sale, offered sound advice during the listing process, and made sure the house looked its best when it came on the market. It was under contract almost immediately.
When the negotiations became a little sticky, Diana was a voice of reason. She let me vent and empathized with me, understanding the a person gets emotionally attached to their home. Then helped me look at the process a little more practically, and we were able to come to an equitable solution. We were able to sell the home and everyone was satisfied. She truly is a rock star!
