Jeff was referred by a century 21 agent Carla Unterkofler who I’ve used for previous sales of homes in Virginia
We loved working with Jeff. Selling our home of 40 years was triggered by the loss of my mother and moving my Dad to assisted living. It was the most difficult time of my life and I was in Virginia for most of the process. Jeff was very patient and kind with me and my Dad. He was always available to talk and spent a lot of time with us making sure we were comfortable with the market and all the decisions that needed to be made. He was excellent at communication, area knowledge, market strategy and most importantly, we trusted him and we knew he would get our house sold and meet our goals. I was a first time home buyer and new to Arizona. Jeffery made me feel very comfortable when showing me homes and never pressured me to make an offer or while looking at a home. When I made an offer and went into escrow Jeffery was a wealth of knowledge as well as a calming force. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends.
