Kathy Butts was the agent for our daughter's home purchase in Casa Grande. Our daughter recommended Kathy very highly and knew her well. Since we were in Texas, our daughter and Kathy did all of the investigating and looking at properties for us. Kathy did an outstanding job of representing our interests.
We contacted Kathy many time on the telephone and by email. All contacts were either answered immediately or very soon after. We had no difficulty with Kathy at all. Our daughter said Kathy was the best agent she has ever used.
Kathy worked tirelessly for us to find the perfect home and had to travel to Casa Grande to meet our daughter on many occasions. Thanks to Kathy we have a perfect home in Casa Grande.

I would reccomend Kathy Butts to my friends and family. Kathy is very kind and considerate. She has a lot on knowledge and is not a realtor who tries to push property on you. Kathy is very understanding when you tell her what you want.Thats why I been dealing with her for the past 13 years.

I was completed satisfied with Kathy Butts. She was very patient with me and my lack of knowledge in buying a home. She explained everything to me thoroughly. She was with me through the whole purchase process. She kept me well informed of what was available and was very consistent in contacting me with any change or new developments. She was very professional in all situations.
She was with me every step of the way. She was at the inspection and met personally with each inspector or repairman that was needed. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and has such a pleasing personality. Everyone enjoyed working with her. She is someone I would want as a best friend. A great listener and very understanding of what you are looking for and your own situation. I completely lucked out in having her as my Broker.!!
