Diana worked with my husband and I for a long time selling our home. My husband was tuff to work with and finding a home to buy. Diana never gave up on on the two of us. Unfortunately my husband passed and I could not of finished what was started some time ago selling our home home with out Diana. I could not of done it with out Diana strong and determined force she has in help for people. I love her determination and huge Heart for people. I have bought and sold seven houses over a span of 40 years and Diana Bay is by far the most competent and communicative realtor I have dealt with. She is simply exceptional in every realty skill. Diana is equally adept at every aspect of sales and purchases. There are so many documents and transactions that miscommunication and delays can be expected. But while other realtors throw up their hands and do nothing more than commisurate, Diana gets things moving. She just won't take no for an answer! That's why we lovingly call her "Bulldog Bay".
