Matt exceeded our expectations. We know that he didn't receive a large commission from our sale due to the partnership/arrangement they have worked out from our builder, and yet still, he made a huge effort to assure us during every step of the way and went above and beyond knowing what our needs were in this process. He treated us just like he would treat a customer that would have made him a large amount of money knowing that we couldn't really do that for him. We felt heard, we felt important and he took care of us.
We LOVED the 360 visual photography he did. They made our townhome look so attractive to the market! Amazing work, above and beyond.
Matt's such a great guy. My husband and I both have a great judgement of character...we were nervous to meet our realtor. Upon meeting Matt, we felt immediate trust in Matt. Matt is genuine in his care for his clients.

Matt and his team made themselves available pretty much 24 hours a day. I believe we at times talked at 5 am in the morning and sometimes talked at 9pm at night. If he was not available someone always was. It just made things go so easy because answers came so easy so that me and my family could make good decisions. Thanks Matt and team.
