We selected Matt over the other Brokers that we met with because of the analytical approach that he took towards selecting a listing price, the comprehensive marketing strategy that was included for the the commission, and his experience. We also appreciated that he made us feel confident in our listing, but did not oversell us or make it seem like the sale was a given. There were other brokers who took this approach because of the current market, which made us question the level of effort they would put into getting us the most money for our house.

I was so impressed with Matt and his fast and competitive work towards the house when we found the one we wanted. He immediately pounced on it and was very good at getting us to where we needed fast. And that meant working at night and into the weekend. That kind of support does not go unseen or overlooked. You could tell his relationship with Bill (onward) and then his experience as a realtor was the only way we got the house of our dreams in this current state of chaos. We live in a beautiful house and sold our house at a high price as a direct result working with Matt and Brandon. And most importantly I trust them with their expertise. Their humor.
