Monica is wonderful. She is incredibly knowledgeable and informative. She is quick to respond when asked questions, and kept me up to date on all of the requirements on my end. Easy and stress-free home sale. Couldn't have gone any better.

We certainly took Monica for a ride and she was always ready to go again! After 3 months of searching for the best house for me and my fiance, both first time buyers, we were finally getting close to our closing date. Unfortunately for all of us, I was terminated from my job within 2 weeks for our original COE. After plenty of discussion, Monica helped us to lay out our options to narrow down how we wanted to move forward with the process.
Thankfully, Monica knows some great people, and the loan officer she had had us meet with at the beginning of our search was more than happy to accommodate us and worked with us to ensure we would be able to obtain the house, even with all the other roadblocks we were hitting. It just goes to show that it's not what you know, but who you know, and knowing Monica is the best course of action you could take on the road to home-ownership, whether you're a first time home buyer or a seasoned vet! We have nothing but appreciation for Monica and the team.

Monica was able to find and select this home for me personally. She is so trustworthy I knew I could count on her to do that. She took videos and photos and sent them to me so that I was able to purchase this home without seeing it until the inspection.
Monica is one of the most competent and detailed people I have ever known. That makes her so good at being a realtor!

As I had moved from the home it was sparsely furnished. Monica came in and tastefully put up pictures and added items to the rooms to enhance the appearance of the home. it was very tastefully done.

Monica McBee is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I very much appreciated using text messages, when necessary, in order to ask questions, as they arose. She and her staff did an excellent job of professionally staging and photographing our home. As you can see from my previous responses, Monica was our previous agent on our first Arizona home. Working with her from Michigan was a breeze. We, of course, contacted her to sell our home in Surprise, as well as represent us when purchasing our current home. I would not hesitate to recommend her!
