Monica was beyond amazing. This was our first time purchasing a house, and she was recommended by a mutual friend; one we did not know we had in common. Since the first phone call she made us feel so comfortable. Monica was very knowledgeable and very patient with us. She always took the time to help answer any questions and doubts we had. Monica McBee is a competent, knowledgeable, and involved realtor. She listened carefully to my needs and actively screened properties I might like. She initiated a contract more than once during a time when the market is flooded with offers. She eventually suggested we look at properties in Sun City, and guided me through a successful offer and closing. She attended to all the details including a subsequent request to rent back to the sellers because one had Covid-19.
Monica is a realtor who will meet your need in a competent, caring, and effective way. I highly recommend Monica without reservation.

Monica is one of the best Realtors in the business. She is detail oriented, very knowledgeable, sees what others miss and very patient. We are both so glad we used her. Monica made the stress of buying a new house in this market much better.
She patiently walked us through the paperwork and other aspects of buying our home.
Monica is always calm and so friendly. No matter what is happening she treats everyone with kindness.
Monica does not miss anything, she even noticed things on the paperwork that others missed. Her eye for detail is critical when buying or selling a home.
Honestly, nothing could have been done to improve our experience. It could not have been better on Monica's part. She really is top notch. Sometimes when people use a family member or friend they are not satisfied with the service because they say they "take a back seat". This is not the case with Monica. Monica values her clients regardless of who they are. Monica strives to be excellent at her job and succeeds.

Monica is absolutely top notch. She really knows her business and her eye for detail is critical in this ever changing market. She is very professional and has a wonderful, calm attitude. I really like working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone needing to buy or sell a home. Monica is very knowledgeable in both the listing or buying side of home sales. Not all agents have that ability. If you are looking for a great agent, Monica will not disappoint.
Monica strives to be available whenever she is needed. She has dropped what she was doing on multiple occasions to help us.

Monica was always on top of everything! Even if the lender reached out prior to her to give updates, she would still call to provide the updates when she heard about them, just incase I hadn't heard from the lender. Monica is a joy to work with and is very through throughout the whole process

Monica is great to deal with with years of experience. I appreciate her communication skills and the ability to take a complex transaction and explain it so that all parties are informed with no surprises. She is easy to reach, attentive, and friendly. I have referred others to her and their experience has been just as positive. I would not consider using anyone else for my Real Estate needs.
