Another transaction successful done by Susan Shreve, this time I have bought a four-flex in Mesa Arizona. After sold my house in Mesa, I asked Susan to look for a four-flex and in a short time we found one. The transaction went almost smooth; there were problems with the seller side when Susan tried to negotiate but, she managed to overcome and the transaction closes last Monday July 10, 2017 with $8,000 lower than the asking price.

Susan was an amazing person to work with. I was selling my father's house after he passed and Susan went beyond expectations to make the entire process as smooth as possible. Follow up is excellent.
Great follow up with process. I was moving from out of state with many things on my plate. The purchasing a new home was the one thing I didn't have to worry about.

My wife and I loved working with Susan. She is not only knowledgeable and professional, but she is personable and patient with us when showing us many properties and making several offers. We had somewhat of a difficult closing to say the least, but she went to bat for us in dealing with the listing realtor and the title company. We are looking forward to working with her when we list our house.
