Any time I hear anyone even mention wanting to buy or sell their home, I can’t help but think of Debbie! I wish everyone could have a realtor as awesome as her!
Debbie walked me through every step of the process, even though I was a first time homebuyer I felt very confident with how she handled every aspect of the process because of her efficiency and her quick responsiveness. I had a tricky work schedule and she always made things work on my time. I genuinely could not ask for an improved experience in any part of this process.
Debbie consistently went above and beyond to help me with this process. My awareness of what I was looking for constantly evolved and changed and she consistently accommodated my changing expectations as well as giving me great advice and feedback to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She gave me as expanded or narrow of a listing search as I asked for and frequently recommended homes I might like. She always booked viewings as quickly as possible, to ensure we wouldn’t lose the opportunity to consider a home in the fast paced market we were working in. I met Debbie picking up her open house signs. I am impressed with her work ethic/drive communications and patience such that late on a Sunday afternoon this Spring she was still working. In that very brief meeting she asked specific questions discerning I was painting my house to sell.
DEBBIE is friendly, professional, spoke less than she intently listens. Quickly becoming very in tune with my desires , demands, expectations for my property to set the sales standard within my community.

Debbie holds the standard to being one of the best agents to have on your side when looking to buy a home. Her knowledge on what to look for and what to expect moving forward is explained to the last detail. Easy to get ahold of when you have any last minute questions, and extremely helpful on walking you through the process.

I have never met a Realtor with as much energy, compassion, resilence, determination as I have in Debbie Scherr. She came in with all the information needed to make our decision. She came in and added personal touches to stage an empty house, she did all kinds of extras that she was never asked to do, but just did them to get the property sold. Debbie communicated with us constantly and concisely. I could go on, but the honest truth is, she worked tirelessly to get the property sold and it did. And for a fair price. Nancy was great! She really went above and beyond. She showed us many properties and in our budget and exactly what we were looking for. She was knowledgeable and professional and very friendly. If it wasn't for her we'd probably still be looking for a home. She is amazing and we love her! :)
