Why Work With Us?

Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:

David step in to help me sell my home immediately after a previous broker's contract ended due to subpar results and professional. He came highly recommended by a friend. I really wish I had signed with him first! David was knowledgeable, personable and extremely professional; even the buyer's Title Agent called David "a rarity" and "one of the few good ones." I couldn't have been happier with the way David managed my sale and wish he'd handle my purchase in the next state! I'd use his services again without hesitation. Fantastic professional with high integrity and transparency.

David is one of the best in the business. His communication, honesty, integrity, and experience allowed us to easily close in under 30 days. It was a real pleasure working with him. Look forward to closing more deals with David.

David Hoefer stands head and shoulders above other agents in every way. He is articulate, a great negotiator and works well with other agents. David thinks outside the box to come up with solutions to ensure our sale went through. We were moving out of state and he coordinated the closing date with our move date.

David was excellent. He is the model example of what is needed in today's multimedia communications environment. He is a tireless worker with knowledge and command of the area and specifics of home options based on user preference. He is a great communicator and was always responsive, and with a friendly and positive attitude. We were in a relocation situation and David was always willing to accomodate our needs. We recommend David with high confidence of satisfying any seller or buyer's needs.

Dave was a great realtor to work with. He was like working with a friend. Totally knowledgeable with every aspect of selling our home. Very patient with us due to our small amount of tech knowledge. We don't really plan on moving again but we will definitely recommend Dave to our friends and family.
