John Oliver was the best realtor I have ever dealt with and I have bought and sold numerous houses in multiple states. His professionalism, knowledge of the area,work ethic and easy going attitude made this as stress free as you can get selling your home. He was patient and explained everything to me. John has assisted us with buying and selling all of our properties. We love working with him. He's very knowledgeable about the market and a great guide in navigating the real estate process. Recently, he assisted us in getting top dollar for our property in Sunnyslope! At one point, before listing, he suggested with raise the price based upon a recent sale in the area. We followed his guidance and got a full price offer which closed within 30 days!

Kathy Nolte was outstanding from our first conversation. Like most people, I am not familiar with the ins and outs of real estate, and really benefited from her patient, thorough professionalism. I can't thank her enough for her hard work and expertise.
I was attempting to manage the disposition of the property in my parent's estate from 1500 miles distance (Spokane, Wa.). Without Kathy's understanding and willingness to make the critical extra effort, my situation would still be unresolved. She was excellent in all respects.

Kathy Nolte seemed to fill all the requirements I had for selling my house. She provided acumen, enthusiasm, persistence.
I would say she is the ideal real estate agent.
