Cari was the perfect person to work with! She made the process easy and was available for my many questions. Considering some of the mishaps (flooding, the roofing issues And issues with the buyers lender) the sale of the house went through without much delay. This wouldn’t have happened without Cari’s knowledge as an appraiser, persistence and positive reinforcement!
