Dave Veals went above and beyond working with us to sell our house. From doing research on comps in the area, to providing us with referrals for quality, trustworthy contractors to make repairs in preparation for listing, he worked hard to make sure our house would attract a lot of attention and get us top dollar. Dave stayed in constant contact with us from start to finish, making sure that we were aware of our options, and was always very responsive when we had questions. We were blown away by the number of offers we received in just the first day after listing, and were extremely happy to be under contract so quickly. A prolonged listing would have been stressful and inconvenient for our family. Dave understood our concerns and worked hard to minimize the amount of time we would have to be out of the home for showings, inspections, etc. This, in particular, was a very valuable quality in our agent and one of the many reasons why we will be working with him again. He truly delivers on his promise of getting us great results and we look forward to working with him in the future!

After having many different brokers, without any success, we submitted a contract on a house in Bonanza Ranch. We were second in line and was never given an opportunity to counter the first offer. We saw a for sale sign on another house that was pending, and I actually called the listing agent to ask why that house was pending for so long and what was the secret in being able to find a house in Arizona. I never got an answer from any of the other brokers we had worked with and just kept firing them as I found houses days before they would send me the listing and they were already pending. After Dave Veals listened to my rant, he calmly asked what we were looking for etc. He then asked if I was currently working with anyone and I told him they had all been fired. I told him we were now set on getting a home in Bonanza Ranch. David then told me he would find us a home in Bonanza Ranch and his goal was to exceed our expectations in a realtor. When I got off the phone, I told my husband we finally had the right realtor. His comment was, “we’ll see.” I have to say, we were both shocked when we got the call that he had a house for us. It was exactly what we were looking for, including the price! Our daughter, that lives in Queen Creek, met with Dave Veals to see the property. She was very impressed with his professionalism and said he had the answer to every question asked. She told us we got beyond lucky finding him and we couldn’t agree more. During the whole process of finalizing the sale and all the extra steps involved because of Covid, Davie Veals was always there to help me get through the process. Without his help, I would have bailed as the whole process was overwhelming. The communication with the Solar Company was enough to make anyone want to say forget it. Dave Veals took over that for us and got the impossible done. We can’t thank him enough for all of the help he gave us that was way beyond his job description. We are now in our new home and not only do we have a great realtor, but we also now have a great neighbor. Some things are just meant to be. The world needs more People like Dave Veals! Enjoyed the way Dave Veals was able to talk with myself about what we could ask for sales price, what to expect when an offer was made. He also explained how the offers were fair, along with the pros/cons of each offer. Dave was also very on top of the paperwork and any deadlines that needed to be met. I enjoyed working with Dave from start to finish! Dave was on many occasions able to talk me "off the ledge" from some of the issues that occurred during the sale, and make me understand why things were being done the way they were. Dave Veals did a terrific job from listing to the sale of my home! I would highly recommend him for the Listing of anyone's home!

Dave even came over to help me get a new battery for my car. He’s so caring that he took me grocery shopping when I returned to the Valley this year. That was before he knew I wanted to buy another property. Not only is he a friend, but also he’s a human being of the highest order. Going the extra mile is part of his DNA. Dave knows my needs and wants so thoroughly that I bought the very first property I saw. I told him what I wanted. Then he researched what was available. He found the perfect place.

My experience working with Dave Veals was excellent. He was patient, offered excellent suggestions and was ALWAYS available when I called. Dave was genuinely enthused about selling the home and would making us fee that we were his FAVORITE clients while we knew that he was working with several other folks. Frankly, I had considered selling the house on my own with one of those 'do it yourself' firms. I can't express enough how happy I am we decided to work with Dave. We were grateful for his extensive knowledge in all legal matters and understanding all requirements.. For the reasons above we will recommend Dave to anyone one we know who is looking for a realtor.

Dave always does his best to listen to what the client needs and wants. Dave made sure we as the sellers were always aware of every step of the process as the deal went through. Dave has become like a family member. He listens and always tries to help Dave is great, except he likes the University of Arizona
