Dave Veals has proven himself to literally come through under any challenging circumstances like time and budget constraints. Remained positive throughout whole process of house hunting understanding it can be stressful at times. Was in contact with us daily before and after closing of purchase. We appreciate him as a great person to work with and appreciated him for all the time and effort he put in to finding us the perfect home. He made it seem all so easy and a good experience overall.

We have a long standing relationship with Dave and worked with him previously on the sale of our Gilbert home, for which he provided a terrific selling experience. This time, Dave assisted us with purchasing our home in Chandler. We started working with him well before we would be ready to purchase to keep track of the market in the area, since we were moving back from out-of-state. His responsiveness to our requests for different search criteria and questions regarding the changing housing market was unmatched. Dave was great from A-Z. Not only with his duties as an agent, but all the other things he did to go above and beyond. The local knowledge he shared including what to look for in our second home was invaluable. This is where Dave is truly a cut above. Most agents can help you buy/sell a home. Few if any can provide the extensive knowledge Dave has and his willingness to help even if it goes above and behind his duties as an agent.

We could not have used a better agent than Dave. From the initial "set up meeting", Dave took charge and ran everything super smoothly. He was always available for questions and our concerns, no matter what time of the day. Dave was extremely familiar with this whole process, its obvious he understands the real estate market at a high level.
We as sellers, found this process to be very stressful. Dave constantly keep us informed, explained every part of this procedure in terms that we understood. I would without question recommend Dave Veals to any prospective sellers. He really went above and beyond what I thought was his "job".
Even after the sale, Dave continued to check in on us, making sure things were all taken care of. This personal treatment showed that we were not just another "sale", but that we were treated like a close family member. Dave is an A agent in all regards.

We were extremely happy with the services provided by Dave Veals. He was always available to show us houses we were interested in, and did all the setting up of appointments etc.
Dave knew the areas, and would give us both the negitives and positives of our potential new home purchase.
After the purchase of our "new to us home", a somewhat major issue arose. Although the escrow had closed, and the purchase was technically recorded, Dave handled the issue using his contract knowledge and resources. He resolved the issue, saving us quite a bit of money. He never "closed the book" on us, and continued to make sure we were settled in and comfortable. This was service at level higher than we expected, but you will find out this is normal for Dave. No hesitation on referring Dave, its the best decision you will make. I guarantee you will be impressed!
