Kris is very professional and works hard for her clients. Our home was being sold as a relo. Kris had to deal with more than just us and the buyers agent. We are in a different state and Kris made sure we knew everything that was going on via email or text or calls. Communication was outstanding. Kris sold us the home in 2009 when we came to AZ. She was our third agent. When it came time to sell and we knew we were going thru relo, Kris was the first person who came to mind. If I ever moved back to AZ Kris will be the first to know.

Kristine found a good contractor for repairs necessary to ready the house for sale,and when the HOA came up with a last minute requirement to paint the house, she found a good painter and the job was done in two days. Kristine exceeded expectations throughout the home sale process. When something needed to be arranged to sell the home, Kristine arranged it same day. Kristine Lahman was a pleasure to work with, she was prompt when necessary, patient when necessary, and I recommend Kristine to anyone looking for a professional to sell their home.
