Kristine was everything we could have hoped for with a realtor. She knew the area and worked closely with us to find the home we wanted and could afford. She had such an attention to detail and saw things we never would have noticed. When we found the home we wanted to buy she was so helpful to us with setting up inspections and meeting with the selling agent. With us living out of state she took care of the things we couldn't. There is no way we could have bought this home without her. She worked very hard for us and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy a home or wanting to sell theirs.

I never had any doubt she would find us our perfect dream home. She worked tirelessly and with immense attention to detail. Never did I think we could get an offer on the very first day we listed our house for sale, let alone one well over asking price. Sue Kutner-Overton did an immense amount of market research prior to listing our house and you could tell she did her homework to land us a stellar offer that quickly sold our home. Even in these crazy times, she was fast, diligent, knowledgeable and always on top of documents and requests. If she hadn’t also sold us our forever home we would utilize her services again and again!

First time home buyer and Sue made the entire experience less stressful and extremely transparent, there were no questions she couldn't answer or have an answer to same day.
I would 110% recommend to anyone, she's professional but makes you feel like you have been friends for years, easy to work with and gives all information needed when going through each step, her experience in the field shows and it eases the process.
