After 2 years of looking for an investment property that could be used for my specific plans, I met Dave at an open house. Dave was excellent to work with during our home search and purchase. He understood our needs and went above and beyond to view homes on our behalf since we were out of State. When we came to town he was eagerly available to take us to tour homes. We heard about Dave from a friend who does hiking with him , she wasn't wrong about how good of a job he did for her brother-inlaw, Dave was very thorough and helpful in introductions and how things needed to be changed to improve the looks of property which he participated in as we had departed back to Canada , Dave went above and beyond to not only complete the sale but helped in the finishing up of returning internet equipment and completing the faults found in the inspection.
