Ruby Graf is an asset to Century 21. Her communication skills and timely follow-up are exceptional. Ruby Graf listened closely to our "wish list" and found properties. While driving from one house to another she gave us important information about the area. (We had not been to Phoenix prior to our visit to look for a home). We were never rushed with Ruby Graf and she was willing to make the extra phone call so we could see a house at the last minute. Or return a house we had seen previously.
