We live in Michigan. Our daugheter moved to Scottsdale and we needed an agent to help us find a Condo for her. Virginia was outstanding in educating us in the details of AZ real estate process. Virginia was extremely helpful from the very beginning helping us understand the differences between real estate in Arizona and Indiana. She was open to listening to our wants and our needs. It is no accident that our house sold on the first showing in less than a week after being posted on the market. Virginia did an excellent job of guiding us on preparing the house to be sold. After the sale of the house she insured that the closing sales process proceeded smoothly and quickly. Jaci Frantz did an outstanding job in helping us with an out of state purchase. We had time constraints that she handled very well and voluntarily helped us with our due diligence by contacting some governmental agencies for us on her own. She was very knowledgeable about the market price for the property we purchased and that alone saved us the cost of her commission. I will highly recommend Jaci to my family and friends.
