I think that Michelle Blythe did an amazing job of helping us get our house sold in a timely manner and for the best price possible. I think that she was very knowledgeable of the current conditions in our market and helped us make all the right moves to make the sale go as smoothly and quickly as possible. Michelle was absolutely excellent to work with on the purchase of our new home. She knew our expectations and worked with us and the homebuilder to make sure we were meeting deadlines and providing information requested. She fought for us on homebuilder concessions and corrections and did everything within her power to make sure we were satisfied. She was also instrumental in the selling of our previous home to make us eligible for the new home purchase. We recommend her to everyone that asks who we worked with. Michelle was available whenever we needed her. She even did the occasional drop-in on the new home construction and sent us pictures. She responded to every e-mail and text message we sent her in a timely fashion. I don't know how many more times we can say we appreciate everything that Michelle did for us.

Michelle was thorough and professional the entire time. We have worked with other agents in the past and communication had been an issue. Not with Michelle, she was extremely informative and communication was great! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to my friends and family.

She was honest, had open communication and really worked hard to educate us on the market and what to expect in the process.
