Monica McBee is wonderful! She answered all questions my husband and I had and made the process of buying a new build as smooth as possible. We had a few small issues at close, but she was able to take care of it asap and our close was not delayed. I will definitely be referring friends to her!

I really appreciate Monica's long term experience in the industry and knowledge. She pointed out many things in homes that we would have overlooked or downplayed. She knows a lot about construction, too. She kept us on track regarding the contract, inspections, and closing. Mainly, she wanted us to not rush the process so that we would be happy with the purchase in the end. It was like having a friend in the business. I could call, email or text her night and day. Her patience with us and willingness to help us until we found the home we liked, regardless of how many months it took, was above and beyond the call of duty. When the closing was about to become a cancellation, she provided every option we had to remedy the situation, bringing everyone involved in the loan process together. She is not only awesome as a broker, but also as a person; and that's something you can't buy. Overall, it was a great experience working with Monica. If all of the Century 21 brokers are like her, then your business will be nothing but prosperous.

Even through some of the hurdles we faced, Monica got it done. She was so patient not only with me but the listing agent and the lender. Thank you Monica for hanging in there! There were some crazy moments!

Monica was extremely helpful and available throughout the process of finding a place to buy. Never once did I feel stressed or nervous about purchasing a new home because Monica broke down all the details. She was also accessible via text, phone and email to answer any question I had. Thank you very much Monica! Monica has a lot of great, honest feedback about the area I was looking and with a short sale, she was able to navigate and let me know about deadlines before I bought my condo. It was excellent. Monica McBee made our house hunting a breeze. Currently living in Michigan, we were concerned that finding a home in a good neighborhood would be a difficult "long distance" headache. I wanted someone that was going to listen to what I wanted not what they wanted to show me. Monica showed me what I wanted to see in the agent to customer portal prior to ever looking at properties. My experience was very good .Every aspect of the process went smooth and as fast as I expected. I don't think I dealt with anyone other than Monica. I would definitely call Monica Mcbee to represent me again if or when I ever buy property in the area.
