I was completed satisfied with Kathy Butts. She was very patient with me and my lack of knowledge in buying a home. She explained everything to me thoroughly. She was with me through the whole purchase process. She kept me well informed of what was available and was very consistent in contacting me with any change or new developments. She was very professional in all situations. She was with me every step of the way. She was at the inspection and met personally with each inspector or repairman that was needed. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and has such a pleasing personality. Everyone enjoyed working with her. She is someone I would want as a best friend. A great listener and very understanding of what you are looking for and your own situation. I completely lucked out in having her as my Broker.!! I highly recommend Kathy Butts to help you find your new home!!!

Kathy Butts is a true professional. We have sold and purchased a number of homes over the years and have not had an agent that could measure up to the quality of service Kathy provided. Kathy was proactive and communicated consistently throughout our experience. Kathy advocated for us every step of the way.

Kathy Butts is a top tier agent that is an absolute pleasure to work with. Hard working, diligent, she found us a great home in a tough market where inventory moved quickly. Always available with great communication, would have no hesitation using her again and would highly recommend her to anyone from a first time home buyer to season vet.
