Kathy exceeded our expectations. Selling the home of a loved one who passed is painful. She was always courteous to myself and others. She was exceptionally helpful for repair contractor recommendations, helped coordinate repairs since we lived out of state. She really went above and beyond. Genuinely a wonderful person and delight to work with.
