I would recommend Jennifer highly to anyone looking to buy/sell a home because she makes herself available to you 24/7. She has your best interest at heart at all times. She is very experienced and knowledgeable, so you know you are being treated fairly throughout the entire process. We had confidence in her abilities, and trusted her completely. In fact, we consider her a friend after working with on more than one occasion!!

Jennifer Beveridge is the best. We initially listed our South Mountain home with the high profile local realtor. It was a disaster that lasted 110 days before we cancelled the listing. Jennifer stepped in and turned things around. Her marketing program quickly generated lots of showing and several offers. Jennifer made suggestions to improve the backyard appearance, researched all the comparable sold properties to make sure we were correctly price, provided feed back on all the showings and even helped with the small things like termite reports. . Her energy seemed endless. After the offer was accepted she stayed one step ahead of the process and led us thru to completion. She is a great communicator and seems to have a long established rapport with the other realtors. We can not thank Jennifer enough and highly recommend her complete real estate services.
