When I decided to list my home of 19 years I immediately contacted my neighbor, Jennifer Beveridge , who is a realtor . She is familiar with my home and the neighborhood. A true professional , she suggested a sales price and advised me as to things I could do to approve the appearance of my home. I didn’t agree fully with some suggestions but I decided to listen to her since she does this for a living. It was the best decision I could have ever made! I cannot express my appreciation enough for the positive experience I had working with Jennifer Beveridge during the process of purchasing my home.
