Wendi Blair is so great to work with! Wendi was an absolutely exceptional realtor! I was blown away by how attentive she was to our needs and how genuinely invested she was in making this experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. She went above and beyond in ways that constantly surprised me. From having cold drinks waiting in a cooler on moving day to being ready and willing to help with anything we needed, she made us feel so cared for every step of the way.
One example that really stood out was when the inspector identified a cracked roof tile. Wendi immediately found and coordinated a roofer to take care of it without adding one more thing to my plate while I was frantically trying to get everything packed and ready to move. She anticipated our needs, took initiative, and handled things before we even had to ask.
We’ve bought and sold eight homes, so we have plenty of experience working with realtors, and I can honestly say this was our BEST experience by far. Wendi is truly top-notch!

Wendi made purchasing our new home such a fun and exciting experience! She was always enthusiastic about hearing our vision for the next home and genuinely invested in helping us find the right one. She spent six months looking at homes with us, and we certainly weren’t the easiest clients but Wendi remained patient, positive, knowledgeable, and supportive through every twist and turn.
What really sets Wendi apart is how proactive she is. She thought of things to ask for in our purchase contract that never would have crossed our minds, always looking out for our best interests. When it came time to purchase our new build, she negotiated an amazing deal with the builder and made sure we were well represented throughout the process.
Buying a home is a huge decision, and having someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, and genuinely excited for you makes all the difference. Wendi was all of those things and more. Wendi is in a league of her own!

Jennifer was wonderful to work with as we bought our home and again when we sold it. Her knowledge of the area and assistance helping us with decisions geared at having the highest resale value really helped us when it came time to sell the home.
She was very intentional about staying in touch us during every step of process. This was key as we were moving with my employer and had a very short turnaround time to sell our home. As we started receiving offers, she helped us determine if the offer was a "good" one or if the buyer was asking for too much up front. As I'm not in real estate, this was very important to me. She had our best interests at hear the entire time!
I have already recommended Jennifer to friends and family, and I wouldn't hesitate to request her services if we ever have the opportunity to move back to the Phoenix area. Thank you!
