Jennifer was the first broker I called to inquire about selling our property. She called back the same day. We live in CA and that wasn't a problem. We had several hiccups w the contractors and the buyer but I always felt Jennifer wanted the best result. She was great to work with and I felt she went the extra mile several times during the 6 weeks of upgrades and listing/selling. I am so thankful my mother found her.

Jennifer came to the house well prepared and was very informative during our first meeting. She had done her homework.
Jennifer also created a notebook with additional information about the house for potential buyers.
Jennifer was very sensitive to my concerns and also did not pressure me in any way. She gave me space and time when I needed it.
Jennifer worked very hard and earned every penny of her commission. She was present and available for everything, all my questions and coordinated the whole process - making the sale of the house so much easier for me.
