Matt Barker put together an outstanding marketing plan for our home and executed it extremely well. We understood the conditions in the market and Matt kept us up to date on what was happening around us at our price point to help us make good decisions. There's so much data available to buyers and sellers now, it was great to have someone working on our behalf. We felt confident with every decision we made.
Barker-Hedges impressed us with their use of technology (drone photography and video, 3M walk through, and custom website) to get us on the market quickly. We were able to sell without enduring open houses.

Professionalism, demeanor, politeness and attention to detail was outstanding. The only thing I can think of that would have added to our experience might have been an offer to buy lunch. But then again I didn't offer to buy him lunch either. Maybe the next house???

Working with Matt was such a relief for us. We are moving to the area from the west coast and had already worked with two agents (separately) who were clearly not in tune with our needs and lacked a high-touch customer experience. Matt’s willingness to listen, sit on a conference call for two hours and review houses, take a walk through for us, give us feedback and insight on neighborhoods, etc. was phenomenal. On one walkthrough of a snowy yard, he even brought his wife’s snowboots for me to wear to walk through the yard since we had flown in to tour homes and snow boots weren’t brought in the luggage. (A big thanks to his kind wife for that gesture.) We really appreciated his attention to detail during every house visit. We can happily say that Matt is a stand-up guy and will be our first call when we’re ready to move on to the next home.

Matt Barker is the absolute best—from start to finish he made me feel like I was his only priority and worked extremely hard to get my home sold.
