Matt's real estate knowledge was apparent in how to market my duplex; it wasn't a normal home, and he still managed to get me SEVEN offers in 3 days of showings. I told him I was hoping for 5 showings. We had that many scheduled before the house even officially hit the market. Could not have been happier with the result!
