I worked with Tom and Armando before and there was just no other option for me! They're awesome! The only thing I regret is that I moved out of state and won't have Tom and Armando to buy my next house, but they did provide an awesome local recommendation!

Tom is a great agent who is very attentive to his customers' needs. We visited many homes that fit my buy box and Tom always had pertinent information about the properties. For example, one of the properties had a solar lease which was very costly. I would have overlooked that if it were not Tom's attention to detail. He makes himself available at all hours of the day to answer questions, visit properties, etc. We have purchased three homes with Tom and will continue to work with him because of our positive experiences with him. He has lived in the Valley his whole life so he has vast knowledge regarding the communities. I highly recommend Tom!

Tom has been amazing through this whole process! My parents have worked with him before and I knew I wanted him to help us find a home. Tom made everything easy for us. He communicated everything with us, and he never hesitated to say to call him with any questions! Tom helped us find our first home and we couldn't be any happier! Tom made us feel like family and we appreciate all his time working with us! You are truly appreciated Tom and we can't thank you enough!

Tom Sanchez was very helpful in our search for a new home. He explained everything in the buying process very thoroughly and guided us along the way. No matter how many questions we asked, he always answered them. When negotiating, he always had our best interests in mind. When it was getting difficult in the home-buying process, he helped us resolve any issues that arose, and we successfully purchased our first home—all thanks to Thomas Sanchez!
